Peanut butter is his best friend.
He enjoys reading graphic novels.
Superheroes rocks his boxer shorts. His heart is as strong as a rock.
He is as gentle as a flower.
Hijabs are cool, but so are beards.

Take Me Away(acoustic) - Lifehouse

Pops said emo is like punk's retarded cousin or something.

I think skateboarding gave me some sort of weird disease or something. Its just whenever i'm around my favorite local skaters whom i look up to. I get this uncontrollable urge to touch them.

Not like in an i'm-totally-weird-kinda-way, but just in an i-just-want-to-touch-you-real-quick-kinda-way. I just might have a mental touching disease or something.

Its like when i saw Man Toyol at the Black Sondol Skate Contest. I was walking by when he just landed a trick, i went up to him and gave his arm a little squeeze (but only for a second or two) and then walked away.

I didn't say anything and don't even know if he turned around, but i just had to put my hand on him. After my encounter, i sat there and stared at my hand for like ten minutes thinking, ''This hand touched the dude who front boarded Marina Square and one of the dudes who started the skate scene here in SG.''

I've been touching pros for like two years now, so i've got a good list going.

I poked Chief and Hamdan in the arm. Patted Erik, Tikos and Fairuz Yot. And even got to high-five Ayin Current once. Hopefully the pros won't think i've lost my marbles or something. I just want to be down with them.

My little problem could be one of two things thou: I've either plain lost it or i'm just an amateur at fanning out.

However, as long as i'm not lurking outside of these pros' homes or building pro-worshipper shrines in my room. It should be all good.

Rock Against Bush & Random Farting On Trains

I recently thought about how to kill zombies by spraying them with pheromones so they would make out and devour each other

Hmm...*rubs chin*

My theory is the reason why i think about zombies so much is because i see much of them around me.

Most people are ''zombie-like'' as in lives have very little meaning: work, school, home, television, computer, eat, sleep, shit, reproduce, toilet and then the cycle just repeats itself from square-one. So in essence, their lives are empty and no matter how much material goods they amass,
none of them will be happy.

This is what characterizes a lot of people these days unfortunately...so, in effect, they are like zombies because their souls have little connection with their creator or with anything wholesome.

So there's this book by Max Brooks called "World War X." The book makes Israel one of the world's saviors, for some reason Muslim countries decide to nuke one another, and the title is really crappy.

HOWEVER, the book describes how slow-moving, dumb zombies could actually take over the world. Some of the ideas in the book are really creative, like what effect modern weapons would have on zombies and
what zombies could do underwater.

The book is also written as an oral history, which also gives it some serious straight up appeal. The writing is really good and the characters are like super-interesting. And since it's an oral history, it is actually a series of small stories with a unified theme and direction.

Another major plus: swearing and sex are at a minimum in this book.I'm actually a little embarassed to have read and enjoyed it so much,
but World War X by Max Brooks really opened my eyes to the realities of zombie warfare.

Last thoughts, can zombies enter Makkah or Madinah?

Let's give one last shot and skate to the moon and back.

I realised the blog has been pretty much neglected...it needs immediate resuscitation.

Other then that, my bangkok trip in november is good to go. Airline tix has been purchased and found out some spots to skate in bangkok from a few mates.

First skate spot: Red Bull Skate Park on Satorn Rd
Second: Seacon Square, a huge mall on Sri Nakarin Rd.

Wicked!

Earlier on monday, i was feeling absolutely shagged at work hence i skipped lunch and took a quick nap asking my colleague to wake me up at 2pm. And this is the following event that happened...uh...when my colleague tried to wake me up.

Colleague: *waking me up with a gentle shove* dude, wake up.

Hardi: alright, what's the name of the school?

Colleague: wake up (a little louder)

Hardi: just tell me the name of the school

Colleague: *whacks me on the shoulder* GET UP!

Hardi: WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE GOD DAMN SCHOOL???

Freaked Out Colleague: What the hell!

Stuffs like this happens often when i lack sleep big time. Pretty intense and insane moment.

That aside, i posed myself a rather interesting question. In fact, i myself have slipped into hours of deep reflection and introspection regarding this matter.

I mean, think about it. What is an Imam supposed to do if he passes gas while he's leading the prayers? Technically, he's supposed to redo his wudu afterwards and lead another makeup prayer in his newly-cleansed state.

What if he stopped in the middle, though? Could you imagine the chaos that would ensue? Is someone supposed to boldly leap into the Imam's vacant, odoriferous spot and lead the prayers?

And what if no one steps up to the challenge? Does everyone just pause and wait for the Imam to return from performing wudu? And what if no one catches on to the fact that the Imam broke wind once he stops and leaves?

Confusion would pollute the prayers as everyone would think that the Imam simply quit and left. Utter chaos i tell you. *gasps daramatically*

This blog has now received its much needed resuscitation.
